Josh + Danielle
Keeneland is probably one of the most popular engagement photo spots in town, and for good reason. Every time I shoot out there I find something new to shoot. It’s a playground for us photographers. Danielle and Josh knew their summer wedding at Talon was going to be very bright and airy so for their engagements they wanted to something traditional but a little moodier. It’s not often you get in front of a professional photographer and she wanted to hang pictures from both events around the house but to look different. I love that idea. We popped out to Keeneland just before sunset in the middle of the warmest day we could get in late winter. Danielle and Josh picked the perfect outfits to make the backdrop a little more colorful and I just love how it worked with all the famous Keeneland greens. I just don’t think I will ever get sick of shooting in our beautiful bluegrass state, Keeneland especially so I love when clients want to go out there any time of year! Enjoy!
