Drew + Tazley
Drew and Tazley dated long distance after meeting online, after a year they broke up. Tazley was living outside Cincinnati with her daughter when a year later Drew's job brought him to the same town. He ran into her best friend at a gas station and told her he still loved Tazley and hadn't dated anyone else since. When Tazley heard this she texted Drew and agreed to meet him for a dinner date. When she walked into the restaurant he immediately got down on one knee and proposed, knowing he didn't want to waste anymore time. She said yes and in a short six weeks they planned an intimate ceremony of just under 50 family and friends at an Airbnb on a farm in Ohio.
Tazley's daughter was very involved in all the festivities, I love the photos of her helping her mom get ready and also opening all her gifts. Drew gave Tazley one of the sweetest gifts, it was an album of all their text messages that he had saved even through the breakup, in a digital age it was an ode to their modern love letters. They are both very religious, in fact their original first date was to an evening church sermon. They included multiple spiritual elements during their ceremony by tying a knot, singing hymns and a traditional washing of each others feet. Afterwards they had catering from their favorite restaurant Olive Garden and a few speeches after the cake. Her daughter brought the house down in tears and laughter, at first being too nervous to speak an then saying that it was the best day of her life, it was adorable. Enjoy!
