Clay + Chelsea

Chelsea and Clay wanted a traditional southern wedding planning loads of getting ready time and a slow, relaxed day. Clay got ready at the Campbell House. We surprised him with a boudoir album I had shot with Chelsea a few months before. He gifted all of his groomsmen their own custom guns to take on their annual hunting trips.

The girls all got ready at Chelsea’s Aunt’s home a mile from their venue. Clay came and did the first look coming down the traditional staircase. Afterwards we went over to the venue and shot the majority of the formal shots because rain was coming for cocktail hour and we’d padded the timeline for it ahead of time.

After the church ceremony we headed to the Signature Club at Lansdowne. They had dinner and old school speeches that lasted two hours, her Dad was so cute with how much he had prepared for his little girls big day. First dances and cake cutting and an hour or so of open dance. It was a lovely day that truly was about the couple and the journey that brought them together plus plenty of food and drink for the guests! Enjoy!
